We know our existing parents are our biggest advocates and we wanted to find a way to say thank you for all the times you recommend us to your friends, so we are excited to announce that from now on we will be offering a ‘Recommend a friend bonus’ of £200 additional childcare for your child when someone you have recommended signs up and starts nursery!

Recommend a friend T’s & C’s

• £200 worth of additional childcare for the referrer family
• This is in addition to their usual funded or private hours
• If your child is completely full time it will be deducted from your paid bill
• Can be used for one child or split between multiple children from the same family
• Can be used term time or during holiday club
• Is credited to your account when the referred child starts nursery
• There is no cash equivalent 
• Must be used within one educational/financial year (Aug – July)
• Hours cannot be gifted or transferred outside the family
• Availability will depend on session capacity
• Additional childcare must be booked and agreed with nursery head at location in advance
• If sessions are not available & the nursery year window is closing we may extend the period you can claim as long as the sessions are prebooked – this is at the nurseries discretion
• Cancelled additional sessions are non refundable
• Recommend a friend bonus scheme began 11/5/23, claims cannot be backdated
