Stramash Tornagrain Nursery: Rewilding Childhood in the Bluebell Woods
Since August 2018, Stramash Tornagrain Nursery has been an integral part of the Tornagrain community. Nestled behind the allotments in the beautiful bluebell woods, a new generation of Stramashers is here, with children already making the space their own.
Our Unique Setting
A purpose-built nursery building provides a comfortable transitional space for the start and end of the day. With trees to climb and friends to make, there is always fun, adventure, and learning to be had. We also take the children out and about in the village & local woodlands & fields too, strengthening community bonds in the place we call home. Re-wilding childhood for children aged 2-5 years old.

Session Times:
- Morning: 8:30am – 1pm
- Short Day: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Long Day: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Afternoon: 1pm – 5:30pm
- 8am Drop Off: Available with advance booking as additional wrap-around service
Operating Hours and Ages
We operate Monday to Friday, 50 weeks a year, and cater to children aged 2-5 years.
