Role: Practice Lead – Outdoor nursery
Location: Tornagrain
Hours: 40 p/w Year round
Salary: £13.32 ph (£27,705 fte) open to negotiation due to fixed term contract

Lead by Example: Join Our Team as a Practice Lead!
Practice leads have a unique role in our teams, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to take on this diverse and important position. As a leader, you’ll work closely with the nursery leadership team and the quality & training team to define and execute the practice vision of the organisation.
This is more than just a title – it’s a key position within our group. You’ll need excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate your team to achieve the best outcomes for the children in our care. Whether you’re discussing Stramash values or exploring nature with the kids, this role is both diverse and exciting.
You’ll also play a vital role in building relationships with parents and children, leading your team to do the same. As part of the nursery leadership team, you’ll support the ongoing development of our expanding team.
