Holiday Club looks a little different this year. We would still love to welcome children to join us through the holidays and we have reflected as a team about the most appropriate way to do this.

We have seen a marked increase in the number of families utilising a year round childcare option, which means that our previous ‘model’ of holiday club (more of an ‘experience’ with different cohorts of children each day, rather than continuous childcare provision) just doesn’t best meet the needs of our children and families in the same way that it did. Also due to covid restrictions and protocol (whilst we are thrilled that things are opening up once more and people are able to travel etc) we must also balance that with our ensuring our nursery communities feel safe and confident in our care of their children.

Therefore we are opening holiday club at all 4 of our nurseries to:

• Existing Stramash families (those not already on a 50 week contract)
• Siblings of Stramash children currently enrolled
• Children who have used our Holiday Clubs in the past and wish to use them for childcare purposes
• Children who live and go to school locally to our settings

**Children do not have to meet every criteria so long as they meet one of the 4**

Please also be aware that the session times available and the minimum number of sessions you can book may also be different site to site – the key factor is we are operating as a childcare provider throughout the holidays (it will still be outdoors & a whole lot of fun….obviously!) but not as a ‘one off experience’.
